3-Ingredient Nutella Cookies {Vegan} {GF}

Happy World Nutella Day!  Yeah, apparently that is what today is :).  I have never celebrated such a great day in the past but I figured it was never too late to start.  So why not celebrate with a super easy Nutella Cookie recipe?

I guess I may be fibbing just a tad.  They technically have more than 3 ingredients if you made your own Nutella (see Homemade Chocolate Hazelnut Spread) which I definitely recommend.  While I am a sucker for the real thing (unfortunately), the homemade version is about 100 times healthier so in that case it’s worth it to make your own!

These cookies aren’t super sweet so feel free to add some agave or chocolate chips to crank the sweetness up a notch (if that’s what you’d prefer).

3-Ingredient Nutella Cookies {Vegan} {GF}                     

Ingredients

Directions

Preheat your oven to 350°F.   Prepare your flax egg.  Mix flour, chocolate hazelnut spread and flax egg in a medium sized mixing bowl.  Stir until everything is combined and there are no more lumps in the flour.  Place 1-inch sized spoonfuls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  Bake for about 10 minutes.  Remove from the baking sheets and place on a cooling rack until they are completely set.  Enjoy!
