Kale, kale, kale. I feel like all I have been hearing and reading about over the past year or two is our curly friend kale. And then I finally decided to give in and start cooking with it – sauteing it and adding it to Vegan Mac & “Cheese”, baking up some Smoky Kale Chips, etc.
There are a ton of recipes out there for kale chips these days. Most of the ones I have come across either require you to use a dehydrator or to bake them on a super low temperature in your oven for hours. Local health food stores here sell them for $7 – $8 for a 2.5 oz package.
