Hello, hello, thanks for stopping by! I’m Megan, a lover of cooking, running and all things chocolate. I am a firm believer that our body is a temple (I just wish there was a less “free-spirited” way to say it – but it’s true) & we should take care of it. Therefore, I do my best to make sure all my recipes are made with natural ingredients, using as many whole foods as possible. I believe that there is in fact a way to “have your cake and eat it too” without feeling guilty. At wholefoodrunner, I get to share my passion for food and running with anyone who will take the time to read it. I hope you enjoy what you see!
I’d love to hear from you!
Fabulous you’re being healthy with the eating!
Thanks! I try my best 🙂
Love your tee shirt – so cute! Chocolate is probably the only thing I’d run for – hehe! I’m into whole foods and chocolate, but not running. Maybe one day! Celeste 🙂
Thank you!!! 2 out of 3 ain’t bad :).
Hehe – true!

Thank you so much! Your comment just made my day 🙂
Hello Megan!
I am also a runner who tries to eat as many whole foods as I can. It sounds like we share many of the same outlooks on eating healthy, and not giving up sweets.
Also, I love the “will run for chocolate shirt”! I would totally wear this!
